Follow the instructions in your PAXI collection notification. Keep your collection PIN or reference number available, along with any identification requested at the collection point.

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive the relevant delivery or tracking details. PAXI also provides collection notifications when your parcel is ready for pickup.

You can collect your order from your selected participating PAXI collection point, such as a supported PEP store. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your parcel is ready for collection.

We use PAXI’s standard delivery service. Delivery times depend on the route and when your parcel is handed over to PAXI. We’ll share an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is processed.

Belle.bboo offers PAXI delivery for R60 per order. Your parcel will be delivered to your selected participating PAXI collection point.
